During our 90 minutes together, I will listen deeply and do a detailed intake including tongue, pulse, dietary and other daily habits, from where, we will determine your unique Āyurvedic elemental constitution and assess imbalances. In the 30-minute follow-up visit, you will be provided a plan emphasizing diet and lifestyle to address imbalances, taking into account your goals, and begin the journey toward balance, health and healing. Ayurvedic utilizes Herbal formulas, Body Therapies, Pancha Karma Cleansing, Yoga therapy, meditation, color therapy, aromatherapy, mantra and Yoga Nidra to assist individuals in process of equilibration and attaining health in body, mind and spirit.
